| March 2013 | WOMEN’S HISTORY EXHIBITION & CFA THEME EXHIBITION “MUSIC FOR ALL AGES” March 4 – 25, 2013 The small gallery will be dedicated to women who have made historical contributions throughout the ages. The Main galleries will show off the Center’s tribute to music. Entry fee for members and non-members for each exhibit is $5/piece, up to 2 pieces.. Reception is: Thursday, March 14 from 7 – 9 pm. |
| April 2013 | ANNUAL OPEN JURIED WATERCOLOR EXHIBITION April 1 – 22, 2013 Watercolorists from the Delaware Valley will enter this competition. A wonderful exhibition to welcome spring. Open to members and non-members of CFA, entry fee is $12/piece for members and $15/piece for non-members, up to 3 pieces may be submitted. Prizes awarded at the reception, which will be held Thursday, April 11 from 7 – 9pm |
| May 2013 | NJ PASTEL PAINTERS’ SOCIETY ANNUAL OPEN JURIED EXHIBITION May 6 – 27, 2013 The juried exhibition is presented by the NJ Pastel Painters’ Society and is open to all pastelists. Prizes are awarded at the reception. Reception date TBA |
| May 2013 | Annual Kentucky Derby Fundraiser Saturday, May 4, 2013 3pm to 6:30pm Guests enjoy a fun filled day of playing our own Derby Race and winning big prizes, having Kentucky Mint Juleps and Southern style food, winning the Best Hat Award all while watching the Kentucky Derby race on a big screen TV. |
| June 2013 | CENTER FOR THE ARTS CHILDREN/TEEN EXHIBITION June 3– 24, 2013 Students of the Center for the Arts between the ages of 5 and 18 may each submit work that has been completed during the school year. Awards are presented to all students. Reception is: Thursday June 13 from 6 – 8 pm |
| July 2013 | CFA Annual Members Exhibition July 8 – 29, 2013 Members of the Center for the Arts may submit 2 works of art, any medium. Reception is: Thursday, July 18 from 7 – 9pm. |
| August 2013 | Artwork by artist Janet Roscoe August 5 – 26, 2013 Multi-media exhibition showcasing local artist and Center for the Arts teacher Janet Roscoe. Janet paints in oil, acrylic, pastel, pencil, and watercolor. Reception is TBA |
| September 2013 | CFA Annual Open Juried Exhibition September 3 – 23, 2013 This juried exhibition will include pencil, ink, graphite, acrylic, oil, tile work and sculpture. Entry fee is $12/piece for members and $15/piece for non-members, up to 3 pieces may be submitted. Prizes will be awarded at the reception, which is Thursday, September 12 from 7 – 9pm. |
| October 2013 | CFA Still Life Exhibition October 7 – 28, 2013 Multi-media exhibition depicting still life artwork is open to members and non- members. Fee: $5/piece up to 3 pieces may be submitted. Reception will be on October 17 from 7 to 9pm. |
| November 2013 | CFA Annual Open Juried Photography Exhibition November 4 – 25, 2013 All processes of photography will be displayed by artists from the Delaware Valley. Entry fee is $12/piece for members and $15/piece for non-members, up to 3 pieces may be submitted. Prizes are awarded at the opening reception which will be Thursday, November 14 from 7 – 9pm. |
| December 2013 | CFA THEME EXHIBITION – “Winter’s Folly” December 2 – 23, 2013 This theme is wide open to interpretation. New Jersey’s winters can be deceiving from hour to hour you never know what you’ll encounter. Multi-media theme exhibition is open to members and non-members. Fee: $5/piece up to 3 pieces may be submitted. Reception is Thursday, December 13 from 7 – 9pm. |
